Following dissolution, either party desiring financial advising will be able to arrange for assistance in setting up a long term management goal. This service can be beneficial to the nonworking spouse unfamiliar with money management. Financial advising assists clients through the mitigation of immediate financial worries and fear brought about by financial matters.

Estate Planning Attorney

Marty Burbank, JD, LLM is one of the top estate planners in North Orange County. He will help walk both parties through the process of legally dividing and transferring property. With an added degree in tax law, Marty can ensure that your assets are not unnecessarily taxed during the current changing of hands and that both parties have properly secured their property from future problems or threats.

Marriage & Family Counseling

Redefining Divorce has handpicked a select group of experienced counselors who will assist the couple through settlement or reconciliation.

	Dr. Michelle Gottlieb, Psy.D., MFT, has her Masters of Counseling from Arizona State University and has been doing therapy for over 20 years. She works with people who are struggling with various issues in their lives, including depression and anxiety. She also helps couples discover and create the kind of relationship that will make them happy.
	Brian Whitley, Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern, is a former police officer who specializes in police and firefighter family issues, as well as anger management. His approach to psychotherapy involves compassionately exploring underlying issues with his clients in order to create positive and lasting changes in their lives. Brian works under the supervision of Monisha Vasa, M.D. in Newport Beach.
	Christine Lister, Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern, specializes in helping patients to recover from substance abuse and addictions by setting up effective treatment plans and support systems. She also works to help immigrant familes with acculturation and other issues, and has a strong focus on adolescent issues. In addition, her other areas of focus include grief, anger management and identity development.
	Mauri-Lynne Heller, Psy.D., MFT and Psychoanalyst, in addition to her general practice Dr. Heller specializes in creativity; men's issues; trauma; phase of life and human development issues and chronic illness, treating adolescents, young adults and adults; couples, individuals and small groups.
	Linda M Price PhD BCPI,MFTI, There is nothing quite so hurtful than being with someone whose behaviors are disrespectful and belittling. And there is nothing so devastating as hearing the words "I don't love you anymore." or "I don't think this is going to work." The pain is gut-wrenching. My Clinical approach is based on a brief therapy concept so that maximum recovery be felt within a short period of time. I am mindful that each of my clients has unigue treatment needs, so we will structure your therapy to address your most urgent needs first
	Paul McCandless, MFT, Paul McCandless specializes in helping couples understand the dynamics of their relationships in order to facilitate a healthier communication between them.
